Building Timeline...

Day 178 - 22/08/09 - WE MOVED IN!!!!
Day 176 - 21/08/09 - Tilers finally finish tiles and house is now ready to move into (1 week after handover)
Day 175 - 20/08/09 - Painter finishes (at last), tilers put off job till Friday (arghhh!)
Day 173 - 18/08/09 - Plasterer back again!, painter due to finish, electrician and caulkers arrive at last, tilers start (again)
Day 172 - 17/08/09 - Painter starts to fix paint issues (again)
Day 170 - 15/08/09 - Plasterer back to repair plaster in bed3 and hall
Day 169 - 14/08/09 - House not finished, numerous tradesman back to rectify...
Day 168 - 13/08/09 - Settlement/Handover
Day 168 - 13/08/09 - 2nd Final Inspection (still not finished)
Day 165 - 10/08/09 - Final Inspection (not finished)
Day 158 - 03/08/09 - Final invoice sent to bank
Day 158 - 03/08/09 - PCI (Practical Completion Inspection)
Day 154 - 30/07/09 - Rear garage roller door installed
Day 153 - 29/07/09 - Certificate of Occupancy received
Day 153 - 29/07/09 - Front garage door installed
Day 151 - 27/07/09 - Security fences and portaloo removed
Day 125 - 01/07/09 - Second independant inspection
Day 119 - 25/06/09 - Driveway installed (at long last...)
Day 112 - 19/06/09 - Initial inspection (lots still to do... tiling crap!)
Day 98 - 04/06/09 - Shower screens & mirrors installed
Day 98 - 04/06/09 - Electrical fit-off
Day 96 - 02/06/09 - Carpets Installed (why???)
Day 88 - 25/05/09 - Heating installed
Day 82 - 19/05/09 - Tiling started
Day 69 - 06/05/09 - Painting started
Day 62 - 29/04/09 - Fixing stage complete
Day 50 - 17/04/09 - Tiles selected (floors, walls & feature)
Day 48 - 15/04/09 - Plaster on-site
Day 41 - 08/04/09 - Lock-up stage complete
Day 37 - 04/04/09 - Brickies finished
Day 36 - 03/04/09 - Roof tiling almost complete
Day 35 - 02/04/09 - Roof tiling commenced
Day 34 - 01/04/09 - Roof tiles delivered and roof safety barriers installed
Day 30 - 28/03/09 - Fascias and gutters put up
Day 27 - 25/03/09 - Bricking started
Day 22 - 20/03/09 - Timber frame complete
Day 16 - 14/03/09 - Slab Complete
Day 01 - 27/02/09 - Site Start
