Building Timeline...
- Day 178 - 22/08/09 - WE MOVED IN!!!!
- Day 176 - 21/08/09 - Tilers finally finish tiles and house is now ready to move into (1 week after handover)
- Day 175 - 20/08/09 - Painter finishes (at last), tilers put off job till Friday (arghhh!)
- Day 173 - 18/08/09 - Plasterer back again!, painter due to finish, electrician and caulkers arrive at last, tilers start (again)
- Day 172 - 17/08/09 - Painter starts to fix paint issues (again)
- Day 170 - 15/08/09 - Plasterer back to repair plaster in bed3 and hall
- Day 169 - 14/08/09 - House not finished, numerous tradesman back to rectify...
- Day 168 - 13/08/09 - Settlement/Handover
- Day 168 - 13/08/09 - 2nd Final Inspection (still not finished)
- Day 165 - 10/08/09 - Final Inspection (not finished)
- Day 158 - 03/08/09 - Final invoice sent to bank
- Day 158 - 03/08/09 - PCI (Practical Completion Inspection)
- Day 154 - 30/07/09 - Rear garage roller door installed
- Day 153 - 29/07/09 - Certificate of Occupancy received
